Sewa Canada International Aid Inc., is collaborating with Food For Life Charitable Foundation Hungary to Support Ukrainian Refugees In partnership with Food For Life Charitable Foundation Hungary (Ételt az Életért Közhasznú Alapítvány), Sewa Canada International is providing vital relief to Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war. Food For Life (FFL) in Hungary, inspired by ISKCON volunteers, has been serving the Hungarian community for over 22 years. What are we doing? – We are serving 1,500 hot meals every day. Many of the refugees arriving in Hungary from Ukraine have gone without a hot meal for days. As of March 7th, over 183,000 refugees have fled to Hungary, with some using it as a transit point on their way to other European countries. Our volunteers from the Food For Life Charitable Foundation in Hungary have been providing up to 1,500 hot meals daily across four locations for the last 10 days. Where are we serving?
