  • Relief activities and deploying Oxygen Concentrators continue in Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur & Punjab
  • 80% of out of the 205 concentrators have been deployed. Oxygen situation has stabilized or needs are on the decline in the big cities and big centres hit by the pandemic.
  • However we are receiving requests from rural areas, smaller towns and remote areas and we are looking at ordering more equipment and repurposing existing ones in the field.3. 30 Oxygen Concentrators arrived 2 days ago in Bengaluru. These are being deployed since yesterday and 20 more in transit for Vidhyanidhi Trust, NGO partner serving this area.
  • Manipur, North Eastern India – 29 Oxygen concentrators (+1 still in transit), 400 Oxygen delivery devices, 100 Pulse Oximeters, 100 Body scan IR Thermometers is part of our immediate aid arrived in Manipur.
  • 25 Oxygen Concentrators are in transit for Bhajan Global Intl Foundation, our NGO partner in rural Karnataka, expected to arrive on 25th May
  • In Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh we have deployed 700 Oximeters, 500 Oxygen delivery devices, 200 IR scan thermometers. These are also used by our volunteers to identify persons in under privileged neighbourhoods who either have low oxygen levels and higher temperature, but have not sought medical help. These persons are then directed to COVID care centres or hospital for further testing.

  • Bringing patients in from remote areas in tribal Chhattisgarh and Manipur to Covid care centres has been a challenge.
  • We are looking at providing 2 Ambulances immediately.6. We will be funding vaccine subsidies for essential workers and daily wage workers We have received proposals to install life saving equipment like ventilators and dialysis equipment in Covid wards of rural & low budget hospitals. We will be working on providing these at the earliest.
  • Children who have lost both parents or families who have lost their primary breadwinner need long term aid and help, is one area we will be working with for the long term with our partners
  • We are shortlisting hospitals where we can install at least 1 O2 plant with capacity of 250LPM.Thank you to all of our donors. This work would not be possible without your generosity. We will continue to bring updates to you regularly.
